they are glass to be perfectly honest in the year or so i have had my newest vehicle i have not opened the rear windows once. i guess it's a nice feature to have but for the cost and complication of install it's just not worth it imho.

I've never needed to roll down my rear windows.
Personally I think its kind of funny that they didn't offer power rear windows in neons, I like to tell my friends that I have the best of both worlds

If you really want to go for it. It'd be nice to have it for your passengers in the back. Even when its cold out tell your passengers in the back to use it because you installed it for them. Lol
But, you could always gut your back seats, so there is no need for people to sit back there and that way your car ways less and goes faster. There is only three words that can justify that response ^^^ because race car. |

depending on the dimensions of your car's interior, cracking/opening the rear windows can reduce the buffeting/thrumming when you have the front windows open.

Going fast > being warm, being cold, rolling down windows, etc etc

Haha.... I remember Garret selling those kits. I remember you showing them off to me on the way to ST when you first installed meth on your car and dynoed it.
