Maybe without paint. I wouldnt use just bondo. I would weld metal there and then bondo it. Its too big of a hole.

have a patch welded over it then sanded and painted a good body shop should be able to do this easy....you technically could take the fender off the car and drop it off with then and just drive with no fender till its done....

nah, 2000-2005 neon fenders are dirt cheap at the j-yard. buy one, drop it off so the shop can remove the mounting stub and make it smooth like the drivers side, and get the swap done all at once
Just get one of those and patch your fender the right way.
nice....real nice. i think i'd mount the one in link #2 right beind the rear veiw mirror and tuck the wires in the head liner and run them down the a-pillar...
yea that little plug thats on my car does the job. just beware that there are 2 slits on the sides of the hole. if you guys want ill pop the plug out and snap pics of it and the hole. its a "mushroom" style kind of plug.
