Default Amp problem

After a rainy weekend, I got in my car and started it up and noticed my subs were trying to bass with no music on. I took a look at the amp and noticed that it was COVERED in moisture, I guess from condensation? Can anyone tell me why and what i need to do to prevent this?

Info: I have a 400 watt memphis Amp with 2 10" Memphis Page Ranking's

It's got nothing to do with your amp although it might be fried now. The seal around the tail lights is a well known problem area and can let in a lot of water. You can try to seal it yourself with some silicon or similar or you can go to any dealer and get a new set of gaskets for under $20.

That is one thing I'm thankful of is that my amp is not fried nor did i do any damage anywhere else. So if it is due to a seal in the trunk area i do know that my spoiler has a lil leak; will that be causing this and I'll also check the tails. Thanks

the only way to really see where it is coming in from is to sit inside the trunk and have someone spray it with a hose.
