Default Alpine Head Unit with stock 6 CD changer?

So i have a brand new alpine head unit that i would like to install but i would like to keep the 6 CD changer. Is there any way to integrate them or somehow install the red and white output audio wires on the changer so i could plug them in on the back of the alpine?
