SO I picked up a Nikon D60 Gold edition kit a month ago... Now I'm wishing I would have just gone with the D5000. But at that point, I really didnt know too much about the Nikon's, and now it's bugging me.

So, anyone want to buy a month old D60 gold?

Im trying to figure out a way to return it and upgrade!

I called them and they said 10day max......

But I sold it anyways for a good price. Now I am debating about the D5000 and the D90.

One deal I am looking at is:

I'm just not sure if the D90 is worth that much more. They share all the same picture quality abilities, it just seems the D90 has some easier/better set up controls, Flash commander, bracketing, and a few other options.

Whats do ya think?

Well not exactly. But I had the D60 for over a year now and looking for a higher quality/better/bigger camera

Got a great deal 2nd hand on a D5000
And the only thing I missed was autofocus during filming! D5000 is perfect, and mostly equal to the D90 except you CAN use the film function on the D90, just cause of the Autofocus! Sensor on the D5000 is the same!

I sold the D5000 for a profit, and looking for a good deal on the D90 now

Yeah, Im thinking of just saving up a bit extra for the D90 and calling it a day. I wont need to go higher then that.

D700 > D3 > D300 > D90 > everything else nikon

for the price and quality i like my D40. would probably upgrade the D300 but i'll keep it for another year or so. the D3 is "slightly better than the D300 but the cost doesn't justify it.

D700 came out of God's ass.
