Well I was bored and found the template that shows you the lighting setup.
So i took one of my pics from a previous shoot and put the setup together with the diagram.
Here is the setup I used. I think its cute =\
In the actual photo some may think the silver reflector is too close to the chin. On bigger forums, few didnt like it, a lot liked it. I like it so thats all that matters. I do have my own Makeup Artist (MUA) so props to her. Here is the pic..........
About 3 hours of PP into the picture its self. Dont feel like finding the original, converting it to jpg, then uploading so just take my word for it. Do I like the picture 100%? No, but i am satisfied with it. different story.
But the main intent for this thread is to be a little bit more educational on what has been made to make the shot, where everything was positioned, and technical stats on the shots. I never see it done on here so i decided to see how it would go instead of people just posting random pics all the time and rarely saying anything about them. Any questions, just ask. If u dont give a shit.....then dont give a shit
Back to the picture, in the diagram, the strobe in the back was there but it really didn't matter in this shot obviously. The setup is very simple and its a 1 light setup. When i first started I always looked for simple 1 or 2 light setups. Mainly because when you first start off studio photography, you dont have a lot of equipment. And every diagram you look for on various websites consist of expensive setups.
There is a lack of catch light in the eyes because I completely redid the eyes. It was ugly catch lights at first and didnt get the pretty ring from the beauty dish.
I spent 3 hours on it mainly because i was trying different things with the eyes, but i could do it in about an hour. She did extremely well for a first time model and other pics of her can be found on my website. I dont feel like typing anymore so just ask away....
