Default Picture for a friend..

I am friends with their family, and she needed an entry picture for her beauty pageant coming up... So they asked me if I could snap some after church Sunday so I dropped by their house and here is one of the pictures.

Was just kind of a thrown together thing. Most likely the other girls pictures were probably just snapped off with a little P&S.

I thought it came out pretty good.

She's just light skinned right now since its wintertime.

Appreciate the comment though.

Now.. parts of her dress are washed out.

I don't like the crop on it, makes her head look like it's on backwards. But the color adjustments look good.

Don't like the crop either... just to tight. And I'm trying to keep PS to a the very minimum.

I think it's a good shot just like that, but I just fiqured out the problem I have with it. Her right eye (our left) is slightly closed so it makes her eyes look uneven. Was this taken with the D700? What lens?

good shot, but I like your first better, now it looks cut of... top of her head and her hair!!!
tan doesn't botter me!

also the background is more visible in the first one so you can tell what it is... Doesn't disturb me, but the last one is, how do you tell... bussier... sorry don't know the right word for it

I think she would be happy with both!
