which mount to get for drag racing?

I've been looking around online for a suction cup style camera mount in which I can mount inside my car to the underside of the sun roof. I'd like to do this so I can get video of my drag racing runs. I've seen a various amount of mounts online ranging from around $100 to around $20. My questions is, can anyone offer any suggestions to a good sturdy mount that will not fall off while drag racing, and isn't too expensive? For comparison, I found one on Amazon here:

Amazon.com: Panavise 809 CCTV Camera Window Mount: Electronics

Only $18 for that one, but then there are ones like this:

Gripper 115 - The Filmtools In-Car Windshield Camera Mount

Which that one is considerably more expensive at $85+ shipping. I know the more expensive one will be better, but I'm not sure I need one quite that heavy duty. My camera is a Canon Powershot S3 IS, so it's fairly light but a little bigger than your typical point and shoot.

Can anyone offer up some suggestions? I'd like to stay below $50 incl. shipping for a decent mount.

Thanks in advance.

My car doesn't have headrests so I can't do it that way. I've seen a lot of how-to's for that one in my searching of one, but I just can't do it.

Here is one option
Fat Gecko Camera Mount - Delkin Devices

Or if you want to spend a little less money, get a Avenger A1000 pump cup and a small tripod head to mount onto it. I have 3 of the A1000 cups for my camera rig and they are damn sturdy. They hold much more than the advertised.

That one looks pretty nice, a bit pricey.. is there anything built in to the mount that reduces vibration transferred to the camera? I wonder how much shipping would be for the mount too.. hmmm

You want it to be stiff so the camera moves with the car. If it had shocks, it would look very shaky when the car moves. It is a little pricey but they all will be.

Another option will be a giant suction cup they use to carry panes of glass. Mount that to the sunroof then use a Manfrotto Super Clamp to clamp onto the handle of it. You can get Super Clamps for cheap off ebay.

Good point about the vibration thing... I'll look into doing the Manfrotto thing too. I might just end up getting the one you posted before, I figure I'll use it the rest of my racing life so it's not a bad investment.

Thanks for you help, still open to hear more ideas.
