Default intercooler or d40

i am torn between the two. the camera is a d40 with a 55-200mm lens and a i thnk 18-55 mm lens. or a modern performance intercooler.

performance autowerks intercooler, and a D40 + 18-200VR... or is that out of budget




hard to decide betwean those two man... you can probably use them both for a long time!
