Default digital camera

what's a good digital point and shoot camera? going to Germany in a month or so and need a good camera to get some nice pics

whats your budget? Always best to state your budget so that we have an idea what to suggest.

Otherwise I suggest the Canon Powershot G10 or the Nikon Coolpix P6000, both probably 2 of the best P&S on the market.

hit us up by the time you get there on the overseas section... There will be probably some meetings in that period. If you want to see some overseas srt's

if its the 18-55.. and nothing else.. Hopefully you wont need to zoom in on anything.

Yeah it's the 18-55 for now. Just want to get used to the camera before getting more in depth with it, then I'll spend the money on a zoom lens
