Season Finale

Its all over for this year and looks like we'll finish 6th of 7th Ya we kinda blew it .The weekend started off good setting a new personal best lap in quilifing of 1.32.904 witch put us 4th in class and 12th overall this was the bigest feild of the year with I think 53 touring cars . The first race started off well we hung on in 4th till about the mid way point when Attette in a 07 cvic he couldn't get passed me desided to use me for brakes in turn 5 sending me and him across the curbing and into the weeds I lost 3 spots and kept pushing but this was the start of our troubles as the alignment was way out I had bent my left control arm. We`managed to fix it over night and figured all was good . No pratice sunday morn and we lined up to race staring 12th again thing looking good all we need to get 5th in the championship is to finish
anywhere just finish. No problem we had been doing it all season.
Well I go hauling down thru 2 it havey traffic and waamm I think someone has hit me but NO my right front control arm snaped I mean Im all over the place in the grass. I did manage to make my way around the track tearing up a tire in the process . Cale and Claudio trying like to me back on the track and they did it but the race is now half over and under a full course yellow I get out and start getting in laps the car is not steering right bu I can live with it.
So you think that the end of my troubles Not a chance the track is just littered with carnage I mean cars off everywhere some on fire some wrecked I mean wrecked .
So we go back to racing there is just over 10 mins left this was a 40 min race
and I'm in the middle of the pack and like 5 maybe 8 laps down so I dontwant to mess anyones race up I stay inside thru 1 and then go out side thru 2 and then Wam Im hit from behind and spin into the turn 2 Wall I bounce to a stop Holy shit now my day is done the car won't move anymore and I end up with a DNF LOL at least I have lots of time to get it fixed up again and realy its not too bad a fender a little suspension work and we'll be back

LOL I do I have sat race on tape and the first couple laps from sun Im not sure if someone shut the cam down when we were in the pits I have several races on tape but not all
Its a older JVC and I cant find the drivers to down load it but Mike said he'll do it for me after the season so I going to get every thing together and give it to him
Ill get some up as soon as I can

Ill go take a couple pic of the car now and post them up
