Default Quick Question

Tried a search but didn't find any threads/answers specific to mine.

As I posted in the FS section I gotta go for my G test on May 1st(my shit expires may 29th ). Anyway, buddy who had the car before me tinted the windows blue. I don't really care for it either way, but don't have money to replace it with black and would rather have blue tint than no tint.

Drivers test testers ok with blue tint front/back or what? It's all scratched... not incredibly dark. I'll post an older pic... I have no idea what the laws are on coloured tint...

I think they will be ok with it but if you take that car for your test and their not ok with it, that will count as your first try. I could be wrong but you only get two chances to pass. When I went for mine my car had shaved door handles and they would not get in the car, she told me to fix the handles or bring another car.

Is it possible for you to borrow a different car for the test?

For some reason I think you'd have a better chance if you showed up in a regular car. Hell I'd even rent one before showing off my 230hp beast to a driving inspector...

Ahahah, I was thinking of renting. However, I called the phone place back again and they said go to the drive test center and have them look at it. Went there this morning and the supervisor came out and gave me the A'Ok. Said I should get the windshield replace, but it's fine for the drive test. Said the tint was fine too.

When she was leaving she said "Nice car by the way."
