Default Question re: boost and ambient temp.

Now that I've got the WGA on the car, and temps are getting cooler, what should i be looking at as my max safe boost pressure to run? Right now I've got the boost controller closed so that the WGA is giving 12 psi by itself. Without having the proper wideband and egt sensors, what is my margin of safety, or does it really matter? I just know that when the computer was controlling boost, and it was cold out, i was limited to about 13 psi on a good day.
Am I still safe popping open the BC and hitting 17psi for a little racin'?

Matt

Ya spike to 17 is fine... just make sure you drop to 15-14 by redline just to be safe.
