punched locks
I get my windows tinted on thursday, and come down to my car yesterday and notice that my locks look a little funny. Sure enough on closer inspection the lock is a little bent in and the shutter is stuck open. I've seen this before - I've had cars broken into 3 times in the past 5 years all in different locations. Best thing is that i have no idea if they even got into the car or not, but im assuming not as nothing was stolen or broken inside the car.
3 times in 5 freakin years, everytime the cops just tell me that I should be prepared to deal with this if i drive a "nice car". Fantastic, I pay their salaries and they treat me like shit i love it.
Regardless, I was considering getting the rear door handle piece factory painted and installing it over the assembly in the front - completely removing door locks accept the trunk. Does anyone have any idea what assembly problems im going to run into?
