yeah it was that weekend i did go. it wasn't Pinks it was armdrop live the tournament was bracket racing for prize money. Rich Christensen was there dropping his arms, lots of people i haven't seen that many people at cayuga ever. Considering i've been to IHRA events and CSCS events.
As for the racing, I personally only got to see 7 armdrops, as Mr. Paul Bahwan (Spitfire) blew his bottom end and dropped 500ft of oil on the track. Car went in flames looked like a nitrous backfire and some serious detontation from the looks of it.
After that the track was being cleaned and shortly after Mr. Sunshine hid behind the clouds and the rain came out at full force so i left the joint.
Looked like a great event im sure he'll be back next year, im curious to know who won the tournament though as I cant seem to find anything on the internet.
