Default New Compressor for GR8 Gazu

I think the wait was/will be worth it

Since we freshened up the engine a bit we decided to do the same for the S3 PTP 49lb with PTP S3 49lb Big Mouth

Hope to see Dyno Dan this week at FastTrac and I will post up numbers if all goes well

Then to the "real" proving ground the TRACK!!!!

Thanks...It is already at FastTrac....If you go over today early you might get to see it....But I dont think the surge valve was filled...At least it did not look like it was....I just thought since I was pushing for this ASAP that John did not bother, which is o/k with me as I have the BOP ready to install and I would rather have the turbo then wait for the surge to be filled....Maybe if John see's this post he will comment....

whats your mod list?

this turbo spools around 3000rpm (with ported/polished mani) but really shines from 4000-7500rpm

All of the above...Except I think this might be a little bit laggier than 3k...I think I will start at 7200 and see where that leads....28 psi and go from that point....cams are zero'd for break in...so we will see what adv/ret a few degrees does and then move a bit each way till we find the best results

Hey guys, this is the race turbo for Jeff. This is the "G" clip on the exhaust side (no pictures jeff). This should give an additional 40 WHP up top and generate some much needed lag for his set up. The surge port is blocked by the press fit bell mouth.

We can do the bellmouth on any SRT4 turbo with or with out the surge port blocked. $225 for this option and its not some silly weld on unit. We machine them out for a press fit and then ceramic coat the cover. Its the only "true" way to make the bellmouth on center and its the only way you can get the bigger compressor wheels into the stock cover or the stage 3 mopar covers.
