It took only 5 years and i finally own an srt4/CSRT4 (Black with polished rims and F1 tires) wahooooooooo The SRT4 was a dream of mine ever since i first drove an NSRT4, i had to wait 5 long years driving a 2.2L chevy cavalier, and let me tell you, being able to pass someone when you want to and not having to start 3km back is so nice.
I never owned an NSRT4 but driven them many times before and for me personal i find the CSRT4 an improvement, i love the interior space, i LOVE the looks of it, it makes people turn there heads when u drive by. The NSRT4 i found would kick you in the back of the seat when u drove it(which was cool) but this one the power comes more smooth, the only down fall before you know it your going 150km in a 90km zone and you dont feel like your going fast. Also the exhaust sound is magnificent, i don't know how people would ever get tired of it, i dont think i have turned my stereo on yet lol..
I know 80% of the people on this forum hate the Csrt4 so pls dont turn it into bashing thread, i could search for that if i wanted to. And before you say i should got a MS3 or SS-T/C.
MS3- Sweet car, every option u can think of comes with it, but here in Vancouver they are way over priced and second they are every where.
SS-T/C- I owned a cavalier for 5 years i wont go back i dont care, i dont want another cavalier.
Just quick question for you guys that live in the lower mainland. I have yet to fill up the car(mainly because it doesnt seem to run out), im just wondering what stations sell 93 octane, from what i remember when filling up the cavalier i only saw 91.
That leads me to my next question will 91 hurt the car..
Thanks for all the info and help you guys have given the along the way.

welcome to the club, just be warned, now you are considered an asshole... we are all assholes and no other car club like us.....
good buy, us NSRT4 owners don't like change which is what the CSRT4 is.... ok its not as raw and rediculous as the neon, however it brings alot to the table and it has grown on me alot...
have fun with it and know two things (besides that ur now an asshole like the rest of us...) one, ur warrenty is now void and two, u will not have any extra money as long as u own the car.....

I waited so long to join the asshole club haha... I own the car for 4 days and well i allready been yelled at by wrx owner (didnt hear what he said) and revved at by a honda civic, not to mention all the looks the car gets.
You should come out to the streetcreationz meet on Sunday at noon. It is at Jack's Pub on 152nd at Fraser HWY. There is a few SRT-4's in the club and there will be bikini girls cleaning cars. At least they should be there again this month.
94 Octane at some Petro Can, Chevron...Husky....err thats all I believe. Run at least 91.
I drive (read: crawl along in first gear) through your neighborhood daily, perhaps our paths will cross. Be prepared to run across many insecure honda and subaru owners.

Yah im up early and out the door so colombia street and stewardson way is empty but if u drive there anytime after 6am your screwed. it took me couple days to get used the 1st gear on the CSRT, you need to rev it alot more then the cavalier..... i have only stalled it once lol
Nice ride... I like the CSRT4, but then again I drive a PT Cruiser. However, I don't think it will ever be as quick or nimble as an NSRT4, that said when I was making my decision over 2 years ago to either Turbo PT or NSRT4 had the CSRT4 been available the CSRT4 would likely be in my driveway now.
Enjoy your new ride.... it looks sweet! Just ignore those who try to tell you otherwise!
