Default Drags: Ashcroft BC, September 19 & 20

Ashcroft Drags September 19 and 20.

We're going to have 4+ Kelowna SRTs going, so we're like to extend the invite to anyone who wants to join us.

We're thinking of the following schedule:

Saturday, September 19
7:00am meet at A&W, West Kelowna for breakfast
7:30am depart West Kelowna
9:00am depart Merritt
10:30am arrive Ashcroft

Any of you guys from the Van area interested in coming up? Other Okanagan people? Kamloops and area? I'd love to invade that track with a flotilla / armada of SRT-4s.

There also might be some of us going up Friday night... anyone else?

Track details:

Full NHRA Sanctioned Track
1/4 mile
Street Legal: $35.00/day, $70.00/weekend

Yeah its 35 for the whole day. The last time we went which was 2 weeks ago track prep was pretty good, and we got 5 runs in. Probaly could have gotten another run. . Air quality was shitty due to forest fires smoke but i think that fire is pretty much done now. Also any one who is coming you need a Snell DOT helmet thats made in 2000 or higher if your running 13.99 and faster.

I'm going to head to this one too.

I managed a 9.55 at 77.8 mph in the 1/8 at Thunder Mountain. I'd like to see what I get in the 1/4.
