I was at the mall today when this guy rolls up in a dodge viper. I was like WOW!!!! Then he tells me that theres some stickers that if you put them in the right place add horsepoewr. I though he was just pulling my leg but then he told me that thers some chemicals in the adhesive that do this...

I drive a 98 civic lx with a tuned automatic transmission.

1. Disconnect Blue and pink line from solenoid.
2. Connect the black line from that solenoid to your new BOV.
3. Join pink and blue lines and Merry X-mas your stock surge valve / BOV will not open. EVER.

I just did this tonight with my new HKS SSQ and it works fine. I'll get around to putting the block off plate on later. Damm 3rd bolt.

Third Bolt is easy: Take out battery...Ratcheting wrench and a screw driver to support it comes off in 2 minutes...

I have a template of the BOP....I also have a sheet of very thin copper that and I can make you a gasket...Cut out copper gasket...Apply RTV to BOP set gasket in place...let cure overnight....RTV otherside of BOP install over hole where surge vavle used to be...tighten down a few turns...let RTV cure for about 1 hour then crank down the rest of the way on the bolts...re-install battery...your done.....mine has been on for about 6 weeks with no leaks...

IF you want me to make you a copper gasket let me know???

Cheers.
