Default Anyone here driving a red SRT on Deerfoot Tr. South yesterday?

At around 3:30 pm?

Just wanted to day, nice car and thanks for letting me in at the construction on the calf robe bridge. I was driving a green mustang.

Is your car lowered? Looks sharp. I want one, but think I am going to have to wait till next spring.

Later.

I was on Deerfoot, but my car's silver. The silvers are much faster than the reds. so all you probably saw was a silver blur.

Maybe, you must be fast even standing still, cause that is what the traffic was doing on calf robe yesterday.

You live in Prestwick by any chance? I've seen a silver one in and out of there. I'm in New Brighton.

You were probably blinded by my chrome wheel covers and all you saw were red spots.

Some days... I miss living in Calgary.

But only the 5 days out of the year it doesn't snow there

Calf Robe = lamest bridge evar. Used to gun it just to get over the damned thing. I remember that bad accident with the firetruck back in... ah hell what was it now.. 95? 96? I was about 5 minutes behind it - was stuck in line for a good 40 minutes when word finally came over the FM what had happend.

that's what I miss - being able to go for a drive longer than 30 minutes and not pass the same place twice. Stupid small towns. I used to loop up over Stoney, back down the Deerfoot and onto Memorial, through downtown (looping onto 10th St to avoid the j00 no turn h3re! signs) and then onto Macleod Trail and back onto the Deerfoot at Glenmore. Or go all the way to Sun Valley. Or go west on Glenmore to Sarcee and hang out at Westhills Mall.

And I wonder how I put 90,000kms on my Civic in two years

Cool sounds good. We should maybe hook up some evening just at the IGA...er Sobeys or something, wouldn't mind checking out your ride and maybe take a few pics.

Man I wish I had an srt, too many other expenses right now. Doing the yard this year.

If only I didn't have the damn payments on the minivan.....

Ya, I like all the long drives you can take in Calgary. Deerfoot for some good high spped cruising, then onto mcleod trail for some stoplight to stoplight type cruisen'

I have yet to see a red srt in Calgary. I have a silver one but I live in the north although I am in the south quite a bit via good ol' Deerfoot. Contrary to popular belief of the Deerfoot 500, I think I am one of the few people in Calgary now that treat it as such.
