ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS/RULES OF SRT OF THE MONTH

To be eligible to compete in the SRT of the Month, you must meet the following requirements:

-Must be a member for 2 months prior to the SRT of the Month. (example: joined June 21st, eligible for September ROTM)

-Must be an active member (example: cannot have a last activity of July 2007)

-Must have a post count of at least 200.

-If you have a photo gallery set up we will use those photos along with the one you provide us (we will put a link in the poll thread with the Link to your photo gallery).

-Vehicle does not have to be an SRT, but must share a platform with a Dodge vehicle. For instance, a Dodge Neon R/T may compete because it shares the SRT platform, but a Ford Mustang may not because it has no relations to the website.

-Vehicle must still be owned by the member (example: if the member sold the car in December they cannot be in the runnings for January). This does not include SRT of the Year.

OTHER ELIGIBILITY REGULATIONS

-You can only win one SRT of the month a year (the year consists of January 2009-December 2009. So if you win December 2009 you can win again in January 2010.

- All of the SRT of the month will be put in a poll along with the regular poll in January for SRT of the year.

-You can be only nominated in two polls in one year.

SRT OF THE MONTH PROCESS

-A nominations thread will be opened 7 days prior to the first day of the month.

-Any member can nominate an eligible member's vehicle. (you may NOT nominate yourself) -Nominate by saying "I nominate BigJoe123". Once that member gets another nomination (Example: X2 on BigJoe123 they will be PM'd requesting their acceptance)

-A maximum of two nominations can be made by one member, if voting has not started by the 6th day, members who have made two nominations may make another to get things going.*

-Once nominated, the nominee must accept or decline.

-Once 5 nominees accept, the nominations will be closed and the voting will begin. No late entrants.

-Participants must respond to the PM with a picture, otherwise they are considered a non-responder and we will move on to the next nominee.

-Voting will stay open until 11:59pm (time zone of the mod closing the thread) on the last day of the month.

-Once the voting is over, the winner will write up a quick bio of his vehicle including all modifications, vehicle history, etc., and a picture and post it in the showoff section so that we can take care of moving it to the appropriate section.

IN THE EVENT OF A TIE

- In the eventuality that a tie occurs in the voting, the tie will be broken based on a 3-day-long tie-breaker vote held in the ROTM section.
