Question Wanting DSP, but what about logging A/R?

Im sure there are threads about this, but you try searching for a/r on this site. Is there any future plans for diable logging a/r. Or is there a solution already out.

you mean A/F right? the srt uses a narrow band o2 system I believe you will still need a wide band to use to dial in the tune.

I see Turbo666 is in here so I'm sure he will give you a better answer shortly.

If your wideband has a analog output wire then you can connect to the trinity and log afr's.

Dont have either a DSP or a wide band yet. the trinity was like ~700$ last time i checked so that's out of the question.

Once I get the kinks worked out, I will share how to log A/F with the dsp, until then there is no economical way to do it using diablo tools.

Question

than can someone please justify spending 400$ on something can only do a half assed tune. Im no tuner, but it just is not making sense to me to spend so much time tuning if I cant log A/F to know what really happening. I guess I could log with a scan gauge but it would require alot of looking back and forth between scan gauge and laptop and trying to match things up. Possible but annoying.

I cant believe noone has found a flawless way to use the aux input on DSP to link it to a wideband. From what I read, the DSP can read voltage output from any source. Noone has an update for entering a voltage to A/F conversion equation into the DSP???

It can be done.....YouTube - Diablo Sport Predator Logging AEM 0-5v Output on an SRT4

When I get the calibrations completed I will release to the public how to do it.

I am pretty sure that Diablo purposely left off an analog input only to create another product that included it later down the road. The dsp gets your mouth wet but leaves you thirsty for more....But your gonna pay for it and it definitely is not worth the price...

Got the prototype input device finished tonight, here is my log output from my dsp with Actual AFR being read from my AEM Wideband, other values should be self explanatory. Log only includes data from when I was at WOT. I am also logging around 29 PID's which explains the sample rate, I only included a fraction of the logged data....
