Ok I'm just getting back into the SRT's cause I've been out of it for about 2 years so help me out here. I just got an 05 Stage 2 and it has this Diablo Sport Programmer on it. Its running 24psi and it should be putting down around 350hp. But the clutch can't handle it and I'm wanting to detune it to around 18-20 psi. But the guy told me to do that I would have to get rid of the ruel pressure reg. and fuel return line, I don't think thats true but I figured I would ask before hand. My Mods are: Ported stock turbo, HKS Bov, adj. waste gate I can't remember which one(Not AGP or PTP), 3" Down pipe and side exit exhaust, Big Intercooler(knock off), AEM wideband, 255 fuel pump, K&N intake, the stage 2 ecu and injectors, and thats about it. But the other thing is I can't take it past 5000 rpms at WOT cause it hits some sort of spark knock thing? I can't remember what he said it was but its almost like hitting fuel cut but not as bad lol, cause the tuning wasn't completed yet.... I just want to turn the boost down some, or if I could just put it on 93 oct. mod without having to change anything would be good too. Its getting 25mpg though I thought that was pretty good for these cars cause my last PT GT cruiser(same motor/injectors) only got 20mpg? My AFR's are around 13.9-14.9 when normal driving and at WOT they are drop to 10.2 and go straight to 12.5... Is that about right? If someone could help me out a little that would be awsome......
You can datalog with the handheld(download the user manual) but not all the PIDS on my list are available What Parameters to Datalog
AF is fine as long as there's not too much knock.
If the APG wga is hooked up to the stock wastegate solenoid, you should be able to turn the boost down with the DSP. But its requires a custom program for the PCM to control the AGP, so its doubtfull but check anyway. You can also check the predator "Last tune written" if it says 93tune or modified 93 tune, than you don't have a "custom" tune.
Many dipshit, misinformed newbs frown on using PCM boost control(morons), so the APG wga boost line might be simply run to the turbo. If thats the case, to lower the boost you'd need to "loosen" the wga rod by unscrewing it and lengthen it(wrench).
IF the wga is NOT being controlled by the stock wg soplenoid, bue SURE to UPGRADE the DSP to the new crom 9r18(down load from DS website) It has a NEW and improved 93tune
5000rpm cut out: It could be just a weak ignition system(plugs and wires)
First get the boost around 19psi and retest(datalog)

Ok I just looked at the wg and it is hooked up to the stock line which was black, I'm assuming its the stock solenoid. As for the 5000rpm cut out I thought the same thing about that, I honestly haven't even checked the plugs yet I'm going to when I get home tonight, could that be anything else though??? And as for the tuning the guy I got the car from was pretty cool and so far he hasn't lied about anything he told me everything he knew about the car, but it was tuned by somebody over internet so who knows if they know what they are doing lol...
-Oh and do u know if I have to get ride of the Fuel reg. and return line to return back to stock/detune or not? Or can I just keep them on there that was one of my main concerns cause I just don't want to mess with that...

So you should be able to reduce boost with the DSP. Start by dropping it 10% and see what that gets you.
Leave the fuel reg on. The custom tune is probably programmed for it.
Send me you "Last tune written" and Original backup, and I can check the tune for any oddities.

I have NO idea how to do any of that lol, I'm totally lost on that thing I pluged it in and seen the 93 octane mod thats the only reason I even know about that. But I know 2 guys that are around here who have them and I'm going to have one of them look at it this weekend and maybe they can send u the last tune of figure that out...
go to the DS website. Under support> downloads>
fill in year, model ect..
then download the Downloader & Data Veiwer
