Can you show me one PCM controlled stock turbo hitting 300whp?

Thanks.

This. When it's on PCM controlled boost it boosts slow as shit. I only put it back on for long road trips.

Show me one stock turbo hitting 300 hp that is daily drivable without PTB. Peak numbers mean nothing.

PCM control doesn't cause it to "boost slow as shit." You have no idea what you are talking about, and have proven that many times in the past few weeks.

Here I'll learn you,,,,again

Here's your log from 3rd gear ~45mph/3000rpm. It takes your boost about 3 seconds(2.77s) to build to 19psi max.

Here's my log. Starting from nearly the EXACT same rpm/mph my PCM boost control and STOCK wga build boost to ~20psi max in LESS THAN 1 SECOND(.8s)

Which boost curve would you rather have?

SRTrent: This is your latest log, which by the sucky boost curve looks like its off PCM control. If its Off PCM control your just wrong but if its actually ON PCM control, you obviously aren't doing something right

I only saw the FM WGA get mentioned once. And he was running off PCM control. I know the AGP and FM WGA's were designed for different applications. Now I have the FM WGA on PCM control. Would I also want to put my stock WGA back one once my DSP arrived?

Any non-stock WGA will have a stiffer spring than the stocker. The WG Duty Cycle is based off of the stock spring rate. To use anything other than stock you should get a CMR tuner to make a change for you, but there really isn't any reason to because you don't benefit from using a different WGA.

I've never had any PTB issues when i was internally gated, and I have even less now that i'm on Ext gate. So, I guess i'm one example.

Also, I believe guys experiencing PTB cannot drive worth a shit. I had my wastegate tightened to hell, ready to spike 25lbs and I never saw 1lb of boost when daily driving. (Mainly for gas saving )

I completely agree with your 2nd paragraph

No the stock one is the only one to use with a 93 dsp tune-and no spring mod either-my car spiked like shit because i had the spring on-. try loading 15% fuel above 3000-7000 first then data log for knock st-LT

you guys act like pricks for real... I just read from where I last wrote something. when I was ON PCM controlled boost it felt like it boosted way slower than being OFF PCM controlled boost. I guess I will try PCM controlled boost. And you're right I don't know too much about the DSP but everyone has to learn sometime.. not everyone knows everything in the beginning. So you guys are saying I will be able to boost and hold 18-20psi on the stock WGA then it will fall off near redline?
