What kinda gas and is there METH??? Are you on PCM control? looks pretty good. I would try to up the timing a little starting at 16ish is low imo. Try 20 in that range and go up from there.

Just seen you hit 27psi on pump gas?!?! But seems you are getting away with it cause your timing is so low. Whats the AFR's. I believe once you try to up the timing your going to knock something fierce. that seems like alot on a S3R car on pump with no meth. But I may be wrong....
Is the AFR reading from the DSport correct? On my wideband i never hit 12afr im in the 11s all the way to redline but on the log its showing staying in 12s at wot.
