Your PCM now is setup to operate at a particular IDC with the stock size injectors in mind. Operating at these same percentages with a larger injector leads to injecting more fuel than with the previously smaller injectors.

Even with the rescale I think you will need to make adjustments with your handheld still. But you'll be in the ballpark and it should be easily managable.

Thanks Brad, that's why I keep you around. LOL I'm ordering the DSP tomorrow and picking the injectors later next week.

What mods do you have?

Pretty much stock turbo with bolt ons, methanol and everything is ported. I expected a port and polished head to take up more fuel but I guess not

A simple rescale will make it run good on the daily.. it may not be max perf.. I would suggest a WGA or 2 .060" bleeds and good canned tune designed to run 21 psi falling to 16-17 psi 305 to 315 tq and 265-278 whp with your mods..

Well as of Friday the car is not a daily driver...thank god!! We bought my wife a new one and I kept her Liberty for a d.d. As far as the WGA, I have the AGP.

So I can expect 300+ whp on this setup (with the right tune of course)? That really is my goal on the stock turbo.

Ok, now to sound like an idiot. Explain a canned tune to me. I have seen people talk about them but never knew exactly what that meant.

Thanks guys

Well I saved the original backup to the device and got the file to the computer. I can't figure out how to send the file to you Nigel.
