Default Diablosport problem! help!!

so bought my diablosport predator and loaded the performance preloaded tune. when i started driving it the turbo was fluttering really bad so i dialed the boost back as far as it would go, any solutions to this? i can drive the car without it happening its just annoying when i wanna accelerate a little bit i get the flutter under 3.5k rpm. when i wanna drive her hard she doesnt flutter at all tho because the rpms are higher. any solutions or anyone else experience this?

I had the same issue shortly after I uploaded the 93 tune. I fouled out one of my plugs. I put in some NGK LZTR6AIX-13 and problem gone. A lot of guys run these once you start increasing boost. Hope this helps.

What mods do you have?

Have you done a proper boost leak test?

when im at low rpms and push down the pedal too far to start building boost the car with flutter, basically the rpms are too low to let the extra boost build so it gets thrown back out of the turbo

i have a cai, bfmic, stage 1 injectors not much really. i took my agp wastegate off to put the stock one back on becuz i heard it was better for the 93 tune

Flooring it at low rpm will always make it flutter.

Even with the stock WGA

If you just had the AGP WGA on then try resetting the computer by unhooking the battery, the ECM may need to to re-learn with the stock one.

As previously said, once you are back on stock WGA on solenoid, reset the PCM by unplugging the battery for a couple of minutes then flash the 93 tune back on. The try not to go WOT much before 3000rpm.

so its will always flutter after i tune it? it didnt before the tune so i feel like it shouldnt after, not like i have a bigger turbo on. Ill try and reset the car again but i already did to load the tune. if i put the agp wastegate back on is that going to stop the flutter becuz the wga is controlling the boost then not the computer?

He claims he didn't have that before the tune, which is odd.

Default Diablosport problem! help!!

Check plugs.

If you run the 4306 they should be changed every other oil change. They cheap and wear out kinda quick.

Putting the AGP on will make the fluttering worse.

Do a boost leak test and make sure you have no vacuum/boost leaks first.
