Alright well when i tune myself i get a lil knock, so im in need of a custom tune. Whos the best and what are the prices?
Quick turn around?
Just sent me your tune that your working on and we will do the knock threshold adjustment and COT for free. If your looking for a custom tune, it varies from $88 to $249 depending on what your looking for, email is tunes@pt-performance.com
I may not be the best but I am definitely the cheapest...But if you want the best I'd go with The guys above^^^
Thanks csmsach,
Once we are working with you then the turn around time is quick. We do have a waiting list though. We try not to take on more than 4 custom tunes a week so we can give the each car the time it needs. We do rescales right away, no waiting list. On our rescales we make other changes similiar to our custom mail order tunes as well.
The main difference is that rescales don't generally include emailing datalogs, analyzing, and adjusting the tune accordingly. That is reserved for the custom tunes which are currently priced at $200.00. They will most likely go up in November to new customers who are not currently on the waiting list.
I could not be happier with TDSAaron and the service I have gotten from him.
I paid over $1100 to have a "local" tune my car and after they had the car for 2 weeks "learning" the tune was without a doubt the worst thing I have ever done to my car. After picking up the car on the way home it stalled 3 times. Had to reset the battery to relearn the the fuel trims and that cured the stalling but the car would go super lean if you did not get on it just right. The final dyno numbers on a Dynopack was 227 HP 315torque...
I paid $1100 to have the car detuned YAY!!! Sucks that there is only one guy that has the Dodge CMR. Not even one shop just one guy in the Vancouver BC area and the shop he works out of is a Ford SVT shop and not a great one from what I have heard.
Anyway that was a nice rant..
After giving Aaron my specs with no logs the car was night and day from the $1100 tune on just first tune he sent. I have another tune that I need to test tonight.
I am a big fan of there work and an even bigger fan of the service you get.
Will i give you a little advice you need to do you homework, And find a tuner that was worked on varies car and different setups. I have had two bad tuners and lost alot of money from what i hear TDSAaron is dam good!
^I hear ya man, all I have got so far from TDSAaron is rescale tunes and they have been really close to perfect, all I have had to do is maybe pull or add a little fuel to WOT and that's it if that, everything else is good. You could not ask for better customer support and turn around time either. As soon as I pay, it's like BAM you get your tune right after. I will be making a trip to TruDynoSports and letting Aaron work his magic just as soon as I get my fuel return line installed.
