Default Throwing some DTC codes... I need help!!!

The car seems to be running fine except for the slipping clutch, but my check engine light came on two days ago with the fallowing codes;

P0645-A/C CLUTCH RELAY CIRCUIT
P0480-COOLING FAN 1 CONTROL CIRCUIT
P0138-O2 SENSOR ? VOLTAGE HIGH
P0633-SKIM KEY NOT PROGRAMMED IN PCM
P1105-TIP SENSOR SOLENOID CIRCUIT

I am not concerned about P0633, I know I can get that taken care of by having the dealer program the skim onto the s3 pcm but where the hell did these other codes come from? The car seems to be running fine, but can I get some advise on how to fix the other four codes.. Thanks!
P0645-A/C CLUTCH RELAY CIRCUIT
P0480-COOLING FAN 1 CONTROL CIRCUIT
P0138-O2 SENSOR ? VOLTAGE HIGH
P1105-TIP SENSOR SOLENOID CIRCUIT

Hum... No replie yet.
To start here is a PDF file with the diag flow charts for these codes and a wiring diag of your engine and ECU. Download... http://webpages.charter.net/shotokan...ordhelmet1.pdf
My first guess (after seeing the O2 code) would be that something came unpluged. I would start there.
I will leave this PDF up for a few days.
Hope this was of some help. Good Luck
John

the o2 sensor code is usually thrown from lack of a cat, but w/ the s3 pcm this should not be happening. you are correct about the skim key code, and if you need me to i can take care of that for you.
the tip sensor code should also not be getting thrown with the s3 pcm. as for the other two i'm really not sure other then the fact that they could be valid codes and you may have a problem there.
did you recently wire anything up and have to tap into any of the engine harness or anything?
they could just be random codes that got thrown which i've seen happen. have you reset the pcm to see if they come back?

Could also be a bad ground/cut frayed wire.. causing multiple codes.

Thanks for the response guys! I reset the pcm after receiving a pm from ptc01 in which he stated that it might be related to the wet weather/ reset pcm. The DTC codes did come on a day after Thanksgiving, and I did have my car on the road that day. Not only was it on the road but I did drive over some standing water and although it was at a low level it might have cause the DTC's.. I did reset the pcm and the only code that came back up is P0138 witch I am not at all concerned about. I do think some water got in the sensor causing the pcm to kick the other codes. I am going to take a look at the o2 sensor on Friday to see what's doing.
