Default Rich a/f while cruising?

The last few weeks my car has been running around 13.3 to 13.6 a/f while cruising and will jump back to the 14.7 area once in a while also. Then when I go wot the a/f stays roughly the same, you can feel the car is getting no fuel so I know it's not the wideband o2 sensor. I don't have access to a scan tool locally so I replaced some of the basic things. I swapped out my injectors with a set of rc 650's I have and replaced all injector o-rings, intake mani gasket, throttle body gasket, exhaust mani to o2 housing gasket, and o2 to downpipe gasket. Replaced the up stream and downstream o2 sensors. I bought a set of new 4306's and just bought some new msd wires 3 months ago. I boost leak tested the car swapped out the tps sensor with a friends and still the same issue. The car idles perfect with no hesitations or anything. So I'm assuming either map sensor or iac. Does any one else have any input or ideas?

I don't have the map clamp on the car anymore. I took it off and replaced the wires on the harness thinking that could have been the prob.

what up bro, have your checked the fpr yet? might be fuel passing by the oring in there. Seems like you've been over everything thought. Also have you checked the tps wiring itself? might have a broken lead.

I swapped out the fpr with my old one...I replaced the fpr this past Feb when I installed the walbro and ptp rewire. I even cleaned the intake filter. I haven't checked the tps wiring just wiggled them around a little. Could that cause that prob...I had harness replaced .by the dealership a few years ago when I had the hanging revs I'm assuming map sensor I just don't want to order a new 3 bar map and have that not be the issue. I know it's just a guessing game for people on here just looking for a few ideas.
