Default Quick Vac Question

I took my car off of pcm boost when I installed a new fmic and upp with bov I just assumed I could use this line to tie right into the bov now that it's not going to the solenoid... is this fine?

Also, I had issues with pcm boost when using just the solenoid for the wastegate and green line when all the other lines were gone. I had capped that third port right below the wastegate line at the solenoid, but it just hit me that that port is supposed to be atmospheric isn't it? This doesn't really matter too much now, I'm just curious if capping that 3rd port could have messed up pcm boost control. Thanks guys

believe so, as long as it's on the intake manifold side of the throttle body.

Yeah that port needs to be open to atmosphere for the pcm boost control to work properly.
