The hell with street tires, slap a set of slicks on and lets see what that dog can really do in the 1/4.

What's next, who can go the fastest with 4 lug nuts.

lol, well I can understand the street tire thing, but you and I both know what is going to happen when he tries slicks, and I'm not talking about his results, which will probably make us all cry, or maybe make you wanna turn up the boost

Let's get the show on the road and just do it! My goal is to turn the boost up and as Darrell said, its insane I'm turning those times at 22 psig on a moded S3 Turbo. Trust me, it will be going to 30 psig. It's just a matter of time.

I want to put these damn ET streets on the car but I can't with the height it's at ... if these damn IPP's weren't so shitty I could raise the car & fit them on there

so for the time being, I'm just going for trap speed with street tires ... 12.4 was the best I could do yesterday, considering it was violently breaking the tires loose in 3rd gear I don't think 12.4 was too bad

if you got the $400 ground control coilover sleeves like I have, you can cut off the spring perch and fit em on

Excuses . . . Excuses

Nate, can't you get a set of M&H's 8.5/24.5-15 slicks on? 60' times will immediately drop to 1.7's and with the right setup you'll get 1.6's and GRIP.

I can only imagine what its doing with streets. I can't do anything with mine on streets . . . burns them all the way through 3rd gear up to 7200 rpm.

my car is pretty low ... I can't even fit the ET streets I bought off Martin, it's wayyyy too low

martin what size were the ET streets again? I forget ... something like a 235-55-15

within the next few months I'm gonna buy a set of BC coilovers & sell my IPP's

Nice job Nate finally got that beast going in the right direction. Eventually all that hard work would pay off. 126mph is moving on street tires. Arent you running like 255's or something? I think the fastest I have gone on my 225's was 124mph.
