Default Has anyone seen water on their catch can??

I was swaping the suspension today back to factory and re-adjusting the exhaust when I noticed that the catch can (GREDDY TYPE) was half way full! I began to drain it and it was water mixed with the oil. Got scared for a minute, but the car was running fine. So I'm assuming that all the condensation and stuff freezing inside the pipes got to it (If that makes any sense since I have the check valve mod between the Intake and the catch can). Has this happened to anyone here?
