So it looks like I may be trading in the skittle very soon. Wife and I have put down a deposit on a silver 2004 350Z Touring Roadster with all the bells and whistles. The car currently stands at 29.7K on the odometer. We will be able to walk out the door with the car for 19K which IMO is a hell of a deal on a car that originally cost 35K. This thing is PIMP and it will be a lot of fun to cruise in this coming summer. The dealership is gonna give me 2K for my skittle which is a hell of a lot more than I would ever be able to sell it for with all the work that it needs in suspension, new tires......not to mention the aggrevation it is currently giving me with the new RI inspection machines. Right now our offfer is pending bank approval of a loan but if all goes well then we will be whipping this thing around real soon. Just looking for some feedback on these vehicles and potential things I should perhaps look out for since I really do value people opinions on this forum. Lemme know what you think and as always...HOLLA!!

350z in NE makes no sense unless you have other cars
Couldn't have said it better myself, especially if its a convertible. And there are plenty of people who would buy your car for 2k....they're going to turn around and sell it for alot more than that!

I think half the people in the NE section would buy your car for $2,000, myself included. If you're looking to dump it, why not throw it up on ebay starting at 2k with no reserve and see what happens... I'm sure you'll end up with a lot more than $2,000 for it.
2004 Z's have issues with Oil Consumption and Transmission Issues (6 Speed). Also, make sure to check if the recall for the fuel filler tube has been corrected already.
