Default A suggestion

I dont know how you could work it, maybe just include it in the stickies (unless it is there and I missed it) but it seems like there are a lot of people who post, and do not update the posts. For example, someone posts a problem, they get a TON of responses, but never follow up to say what the solution was, or if the problem never went away.

This is mainly an issue in the General and Technical discussion areas. You cannot force people to do it, but it would be helpful if there were more OP's who updated their threads. Automated PM's? Some type of a 'Resolved' flag? I don't know.

Just a suggestion, do with it what you will!

Just to build on that a little more, how often do you see a post that is months, sometimes YEARS old get drug back up because the OP never posted how the situation ended, and someone searched and found the thread. The post usually reads, 'Whatever happened? Did you get it fixed?' yadda yadda yadda. If you add the 'Resolved' flag, you could break at least the tech. discussion section into 2 sections. Technical Discussion, and Resolved Issues or something to that effect. Same thing with the 'Dealer Problems' thread and the other applicable areas.
