I've tried contacting several moderators and junior staff members in the past in regards to a couple of issues. I have yet to receive a response from any of them.
I am unable to post this in a more appropriate section to I picked the next best area.
"Been in a palace, been in a jail, I just don't want to be reborn a snail
Just want to spend eternity, Right where I am, on the sunnyside of the street"
I contacted Flame as far as late 2008 at the first sign of friction. I've since then only been harassed by the moderation staff who seem to be as efficient as a robot when it comes to: A. Issuing warnings for rules that are added and modified as they see fit. B. Deleting posts without proper reason or debate.
I've made the first move to get the situation resolved. You now have my phone number and email address. Please proceed to contact me in the professional manner that is expected from a staff member at an organization dealing with a prospective client/customer.

You contacted 1 out of 30+ of us about what? Vendor status? If so, none of the site staff other then Nadeem (administrator) handles that actual process and even then he doesn't personally handle it. If you want vendor info contact more then just one person if that person doesn't answer you back......also don't wait almost a year to do it.
This happens quite a bit, take that idiot XXFrodoDildoXX or whatever his name is, in off topic. They changed the rules in like December of last year then subjected several of us to 'infractions' we committed nearly 6 weeks or more before the rules were changed.
I still have the infraction, despite asking for it to be removed.
Look at it this way: It would be like the police changing the speed limit on a road from 55 to 45 and ticketing you for driving 55 on the road 6 weeks earlier. Makes very little sense.

These site rules have been in place, 90% untouched, for roughly 2 years. The site owners and admins selected us to not just enforce the rules, but to keep the site friendly as well. Since the site is no longer owned by one individual there is a structure in place that can make it more strict when it comes to business dealings on the site. Links in signatures to non-vendor businesses, specifically ones who compete with vendors, have not been allowed for a very long time. There has also been the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page should you want to contact the owners directly about the actions the staff may be making. I will say that in regard to the deleted posts you are talking about today, the site staff started a discussion on how the owners want us to handle links to non-vendors and we are simply trying to CYA. We can not play favorites and allow some stuff to get by and others to get deleted. Once we have a rules clarification we will have the Forum Rules updated and we will make sure all site mods are aware and act in the same way to enforcing the decision.

I have never seen a request to have that one infraction reversed, but I did it just now. The other one stays because it is justified.

Let me show you what's wrong with this comment.
You question my ability to contact your staff. Is this how you treat everyone that inquires about the main source of income for your organization? A little bit of respect and tact will get you far.
I'm missing the point you're making about a time line. A year from what to what? Please make clear statements when dealing with dates, including a starting and ending point from a specific event.
You just pointed out that I am wasting my time contacting any of your 30+ staff members since Nadeem is the only person who can answer my questions in regards to becoming a vendor. Also, if he doesn't personally handle it, then who do I need to contact? This is business we're talking about. I don't discuss money via PM or threads. I consider email and phone calls the most effective method of communication when it comes to dealing with my business' financial decisions.

If you want vendor info PM one of us if that is what you are looking for.

Bold part: None of the site staff have received any pm's regarding anything from you.

Bold Part: It's the end of 2009, so you have waited just about a year to make this thread.
Nadeem is not the only one who can answer questions. He is the direct point of contact for SRT Forums though. All mods have the information to give out in regard to vendor inquiries. I'll send you that right now.
