Need some help, can't post.

Hey guys, I just made my account on here a couple days ago to get some info because I'm looking at buying an SRT4 in the next day or so. I did reply to the email I was sent and it told me I was put it in the Mod Que or whatever. After looking a couple other threads, it seems like that has something to do with multiple users on the same ISP. My internet comes from Hughes Net which uses satellites and blah blah and anyways, with Hughes Net, my ISP changes and from what I've seen, it seems like it sort of rotates between people. I've noticed that I've actually been banned on websites that I've never even joined and thats the problem. So I'm guess someone else uses Hughes Net and when I created my account, it used that ISP. Is there any way someone can go ahead and get me set up? I'd really like to get some info before I go get this car, so I know what to look for to make sure I'm doing the right thing. Thanks guys!
