just got here from vegas and wanting to see some other cars. maybe we could meet up at the local track and see whats up. I dont know where the track is so hopefully I could follow someone there. Im at ISU, hopefully theres one other guy around here maybe....

I know what you're talking about, I'm near that garage. I've seen them in there too. I live in the building right next to that garage, but I have my own garage. Were you the blue one I saw today?

nope, but i saw that one today, and there is another black one running around, but if you look at him he launches and revs and shit. lol, it was kinda funny, i think im the only slammed acr in town, or acr at all for that matter

hey p-unit... im having some wierd spark issues that i did'nt get in vegas..
I started to get missfire due to better compression conditions here in iwoa, so i changed the plugs and now its starting to do the same thing again (missfire/hesitation at full engine load)... do you know what im talking about? im thinking maybe its my plug wires or coil.. is that a thing here cuz i am running near 22 psi, and man car likes this weather much more than the hot ass desert. tyres spinning like mad...

yea i havent had that issue too much because i moved up from KC so the weather is similar. as far as the hesitation you might be right, how old are your wires? and how many miles do you have? could be a fueling issue too, do you have a wideband?

I would say your car does not like the 10% ethanol mix we have in iowa..... have you reset the computer??? try that.... When I go into nebraska and have to get straight 92 my car acts up.... but when I get back into iowa and get some 93 w/ 10% ethanol it runs like a champ...... just a thought

I started ISU this year also, moved over from Iowa City... I've got an oldschool SRT, an Omni Turbo...

Nearest track is Cedar Falls I think, I'm a drag racing junkie...

My sister just moved to iowa falls, from north carolina..... I will be making a trip across Iowa soon... I will post up when it gets closer to that time, and see if anyone from the area wants to meet up...I also need to go to cedar rapids and see old friends so Im prolly gonna go to iowa city and check out the scene while im on my "in state vacation"....

where do you get 93? The best I could find was 92 here in ames...
