400 hp is alot of power for 2500 man.

i would say
50 trim 1300
stage 2 injectors 200
safcII 210
returnline 250
walbro 255 100
wideband 200
hard pipes with bov 300
bigger front mount 300

that is 2800 right there. u should be close to 400 give or take.

and turboneonstore sells a 50trim kit which im kinda interested in heres what they say about it.

50 trim: Good all around turbo. Spools fast, and will make great power. This turbo is perfect for those wanting to run lower boost, and those who run only pump gas. If you plan to run nothing but pump gas, and want a good street turbo, then this is your turbo. Full boost should be right around 3100-3200rpms with a .63 A/R turbine housing. On our test cars, we've pulled over 420whp on pump gas at 23psi. The maximum boost is around 31-32psi where we have seen 500whp. If these numbers are big enough for you, then look no further and order a 50 trim. Its a $300 option because it is a custom built turbo, but well worth
its priced at $1950,which i think is preety good.but still i dont really know im so damn new to this whole modding shit.

yah u can buy a brand new kit pretty cheap i mean they have sells on there kits all the time. u are going to need fuel mods and air mods first.

ie

injectors at least stage 2's if u want above 20 psi*
fuel pump*
safcII or map clamp*
return line
wide band*
BFMIC(better to get befor but dont need)

then hard pipes with a bov *

every thing with a star u will need befor the turbo setup

The stock PCM will do the trick.

Read the thread on how to install the SAFC it has all the info on what it does and how to tune it. The hardest thing is installing it the right way. "tunning" it is easy, most of us here can help you with that.

sorry man i was washing a airplane all damn night. well with a safcII you will need a tach adapter. tuning wont be hard i have a safcII im not sure if andrew has one. dj2 has a d-tec those are the only people i know with piggybacks. i made my own fuel return for 285$ go to uncommons how to thread on his own design to make a fuel return system. when you do do the safc II i soldered the connections to make sure i can get best connectivity. also with a .50 or stage 3 you don't need to really upgrade internals. some other mods would help you though. throttle body, cams cam gears those you usualy tune on a dyno but with out advancing you still make a few numbers depends on the type. i really want BC stage '2. im also planning a stage 3 or 50trim. maybe piecing it together over time. thats the only part that sucks though. i miss the POWAH!

i ran everything i had on a 2003 stage 0 pcm and no problems, trew codes but that shit dont bother me, ive come to find out cams dont really benifiet us unless actually raise our rev limit past 6200, with means we need springs, b&g makes a good pcm with that and better feul managemnt to start with for lik 350 its on my shopping list.

Personally, I'm looking at the AGP Stage 4 kit. Has all the parts from Turbo to fuel mods, all the way down to the solid motor mounts. Sounds like a great deal for a complete .50 Trim setup at $3600.

personally i have pieced together my car. i had it all set up for the 60 trim. then boom! i had to sell the 60 trim. now im looking for a good turbo without really upgrading internals. at least for a long while. so stage 3 or 50 trim. stage 3's are hard to come by and 50 trims are dime a dozen. all i really need is turbo, manifold,o2,wga and hardware. im thinking of buying here and there to get it all put together for a good 400 hp daily driver. yea i just looked at the stage 4 setup right now im seeing if building my turbo would be cheeper. buying custom compressor housings and turbine housings.

Hey i was wondering who drives the Black Srt-4 with the HID's.i could here the turbo really good on it.but it looked and sounded bascially stock.we raced and i wanted to give kudos.lol but anyways imma keep lookin around to see what i can find but imma listen to Doc and just start buying my supporting mods first so i guess ill buy the safc and stage 2 injectors tomorrow but i need to know if its easier to piece or just to buy a kit.and will i be able install the injectors now even though i dont have the extra power?and my car keeps throwing these damn tip sensor codes which are pissing me off.if i get on it in 5th trying to pass someone it starts cutting out and stalling.i unplugged the red vac line when i installed my agp.and put a vaccum cap in the place like the instructions said.but its still acting dumb.any info on that.
