Where at Tinker will you be? There are about 6 of us just at Tinker and quite a few more throughout the city. We usually have a few that meet up on Saturday nights. Let us know when you get here.

Hey,
I dont have an SRT-4 but Im also moving to the area in July (Also military, but Marine Corps). Any recomondations on places in north OKC to move? Im going to be at the recruiting offices on NW Expressway. Whats the area like? Any help would be appreciated. And do you guys run at Thunder? Is it a good track? I've been to Tulsa Raceway Park, and liked it... Might just end up going there.

you will like tulsa better, thunder valley is not bad but not great, and yes we do go down to TV most weekends. There are lots of nice places to move up north, you might just try a internet search and see what you find.

I am currently vetteless, sold my 01 Z06 last summer; waiting on a C6 Z06 (I am 92SoonerC4 on corvetteforum)... Also most of my friends here are current and former Marines... A couple are reserves (Witchita), some are Fox Battery, etc... Compared to Norfolk Tinker is about 500 acres bigger. People wise, Norfolk is quite a bit bigger military wise although Tinker has the edge in civilians. I think most of us work down on the southside of base where you will be. Let us know when you get here, we'll show ya around. |
