female passenger died at the scene(19yrs old i think), driver is ok(released from hospital) (21yrs old)......rear passenger has brain issues, the other passenger has blown out knee's and some very very bad road rash(to the bone)

It happened at about 5:30 p.m. Monday near the Military Avenue intersection of the interstate. Investigators said they found a Dodge Neon crashed into a tree. The driver's tires had left the pavement and gone into the grassy median, officers said, and when the driver overcorrected, he lost control, rolled into the ditch and hit a tree.
The 19-year-old front-seat passenger was killed. Her name has not been released.
The driver, Christopher James, 21, of Omaha, was treated and released. Another passenger, Katelynn Emken, 19, suffered a dislocated hip and knee injury.
thats so dumb not wearing seat belt in a little tin neon doing 130 mph... though the neon did'nt look as crumpled as I thought it was gonna look....odd.

Front crash bar isnt gonna help going 130 in a car that already has horrible crash ratings. I can see the driver facing criminal charges. Thats really to bad what happened.
