it might be a little while before i can hit the rollers again. maybe a month or so, but i don't know if it will be too cold out to get good(accurate) numbers. hopefully they won't have the same problems we had at bullock.

nacho, you should get some MSD wires, or borrow them from someone if anyone has them, and see if they do the same thing that mine and rich's were doing at bullock.

The SAE correction will factor in the ambient temperature.

^rog. i forgot about that.

also, i think that i should be able to get some slightly higher numbers because when we dyno'd, my car was sitting idle for long periods of time and i didn't turn the defroster on to bring the engine temps down so i think i lost a little bit of power there. maybe only a few but hey, every little bit counts right?

I'm going to get down there about 6 or 6:30. I wanna jaw a bit with chad about my AEM. I'm still on the fence about a returnline set-up, I know a in-tank Hi pressure 255lph is required. I plan on staying on Gas, no E-85 tunes for me, so I dont have to worry about double fuel rail.

I just need to get with a tuner and pick a solid path. I'm going for the 3071, on a stock block. I'll most likely do an AGP or ATP kit.

I'll hit the rollers at 7pm and get some numbers tonight!

how come mine and rich's were fucking up then? i don't get how ours would be messed up and your's not be on the same dyno. maybe if we do a modified day like we did at bullock i could swap with yours for a run to see if there is a difference.

oh did they change anything with the computer or how it was connected with your car compared to mine and rich's?

No changes to the computer @ bullock. Not that I was aware of.

OK heres he numbers from Modified.

Run 1 @ 14psi - 253.70HP 284.51TQ - 9.5 AFR
Run 2 @ 18psi - 267.52HP 315.83TQ - 10.2 AFR
Run 3 @ 21psi - 270.83HP 328.24TQ - 11.1 AFR

Last run @ Modified - 253.98HP 290.28TQ - 11.3 AFR (heavy boost leaks)
the boost leak fix, didnt give me more peak power, but under the curve it's noticable, almost 25HP difference @ redline.

I'm stoked. Little low on the HP numbers, but I'd expect that with the stock turbo.

Returnline should make tuning easier and have less problems with the computer adding too much timing.

If you're going to add a returnline you might as well get a bottleneck fix and re-wire too. Those are next on my list. They'll be a while though since I'm going part-time at work. I guess I could make my own returnline though.

I got the cost of a returnline kit nailed down, it's 180.00 for the materials to make 10 Rewire kits.

I'm thinking about getting a group of guys together local, and going 18.00 a kit. We could do an install day @ my house.

I'm getting one last detail cleared up with the supplier, I'm not sure if the connectors and relay assembly are "weather pack".

I'm just talking about the Rewire in my post above. I can get prices on the Bottleneck Fix "kit" if we have say 5 or 6 guys that want one.

I'd like to get a few of these type of deals working, there are some common mods that we all need, and can get a hell of a deal on if we get the supplies in say groups of 10. My plan is, Sell 5-6 of each "kit" local and do SRT Events around them, Then sell off the extras, at kit cost on the for sale forums.

I dont mind fronting the cash for the parts and pieces, but I have to know at least 5 of each one are sold local to friends!

SO,

I can add the bottle neck fix to the list.

FYI: I plan on making the entire process public to the buyers, I'll have a post with details and costs of all parts on kctuners.com

i'm down with buying a fuel pump rewire from you. and depending on the price of the bottleneck fix, that too. i could use a little extra fuel so i can turn up the boost a couple more psi. i am pretty much on the verge of maxing out the s2 injectors. it is crazy that you can make them for that cheap and the big companies are selling them for like $75. that is about 300%profit.
