Tranny mount is no-where near the hotside pipe...?
Awesome you got it on there, notice any difference?

This Saturday is going to be perfect weather for a meet. Sunny and in the 70's!

Hopefully I get my fuel issue worked out, haven't went WOT since dyno day.

Do you guys know where I could get a replacement horizontal bolt for my passengers side LCA? A while back my original bolt/nut got cross threaded and I found a nut and bolt combo that fits, but the nut doesn't have the tab on it to keep it from spinning up inside the frame when you tighten it so I had to use some pliers and now that its cold again that loosened up on me. I just don't want to have to worry about tightening it again... car gets VERY sloppy when that starts to come loose.

Hardware store? Also, can you get the box end of a wrench around the nut to hold it while you tighten the bolt down? Dealership should have the bolt with the locking tab. Probably have to special order it though.

I do not have any plans this weekend that I am aware of right now. I should be there...Sans SRT-4 of course. You all will just have to make due with an STi in your midst.

Hardware store is where I got the current replacement for, but I dunno if the bolt grade is the same. The Nut is 1mm bigger than what was on there, (21mm factory and now a 22mm replacement) and its tucked up inside the frame behind the lower motor mount. I don't have a 22mm wrench and pretty sure I didn't have enough room to get a 22mm socket (no ratchet attached) into the hole.

I planned to try and weld a tab onto the nut this summer but never got around to getting it done.

Viper... ohhh what year? I played with a 2nd gen last week. Never got a real race in but we did a few chase pulls... I was able to stay on his bumper through the pulls (all 2nd gear pulls). I know i can't beat a Viper in the long run but would like to find a 2nd gen to get a couple fun runs in with just to see how bad i would lose....lol.

4 o clock sounds good. Yeah I agree on the 20-25hp... If you are on stock boost levels you might of lost power. Intercoolers aren't for power, they are mianly there so you can hold that power and not heat soak.

Remember Psi_Guy? He had the MPX BFMIC and the MPX throttle body and he only gained like 5 hp from both of those mods on his stock turbo.

I will get a hold of screetho...He got a new car... Maybe he can join.

really? i am spiking 20 falling to 16. i spin tires all the way to 60. didnt before i put it in. and it feels like it pulls harder. AGP claims they got 19 whp gains on a stock srt4 with the race intercooler. im probably wrong just feels noticeably faster
