yeah got home with it around 7 and got it installed and finished up around 3 am. it's nice!!! i need to go get my setup tuned. I would have finished it up sooner, but i forgot the manifold gasket. then i had to mess with getting the compressor housing aligned... and that took forever. can anyone help me tune it or think of someone reasonable? seems like the going rate is $400
I know there are a bunch of different vendors on kcsr that would do that kind of stuff. I was told there was 2 SRT-4's at modified by KC that were getting tuned. Can't go wrong with 20 psi and pushing 460hp. ARe you still on stock axles and clutch right? Those will definately have to be upgraded witht he power you can push with that turbo.
You guys make me want to go big turbo, I feel left out. hahaha
DO IT!!!

Are you going to use the portfuler with that map clamp? Map clamps are about as easy as it gets. All you have to do is get your A/F at WOT where you want it. You dont have to adjust it by rpm or anything. Although your #'s are not going to be as good.

I think axles will be ok as long as you dont wheel hop. Thats what happened to mine. I have heard stock axles are good up to 500hp and that the DSS were almost worse than the stockers. On the other hand the clutch is going to hate you!!
yeah i'm probably going to get a clutch with the money from the old setup and just do it myself. with the portfueler i can do adjustments with the mapclamp but if i can fine tune the portfueler i think i will see better number and be a little safer i don't know i'm going to try and get it on the dyno and see where i'm at. kinda like you said jr
when you guys put in the wastegate did you put in the larger spring or just leave it with factory preload

right now it's just a turboxs mbc. I need to figure out a way to fix the screen on my profec e-01, but can't seem to find a replacement or just the lcd panel and get it fixed

Im not sure but i would assume that AGP puts the recommended spring in the wastegate. I might be wrong but they seem fairly good at sending a kit with most things preset.
