I heard about this whole deal. My questions are many, the biggest being, how was she acting prior to the ripping up of said poster? Was she acting like a stereotypical black chick, you know, the ones you see on Maury? Was she sitting calmly with her poster and not making a scene? What was she saying, if she was saying anything at all.
Too many questions that aren't answered for me to sway either way. However, if she was just there, being calm and holding her poster, not trying to antagonize anyone and the dude just went apeshit on her poster, then yeah, he was wrong. Maybe not racially motivated, but certainly out of line.
Just because people cheered about it doesn't mean a thing. She could have been there protesting the opposite views of what everyone else was there to protest and thus she would have recieved cheers by being hauled off. Just like when a NJ Devil's fan is hauled out by security at a Flyer home game and gets cheers. Just like a groups of liberals would cheer if the only conservative at a rally got hauled off by the cops.

Well being from Missouri where the event took place maybe I had better news coverage of the event. The people were told that they couldnt have signs and cause a disruption before even being allowed to enter. She got in and started putting that sign in peoples faces. They stopped the whole meeting and told her to leave. She didnt want to go so she said she would put the sign down, then a few minutes later she jumps back up with the sign and starts yelling shit and jumping around. Once again they had to stop the meeting, she said she would roll it up and not do it again. Finally when the guy saw her unrolling the sign yet again, he decided to put an end to that shit and get rid of it for her.
The guys with the small signs standing there silently were not bothering anyone, they didnt make any noise, they held the sign in front of their chest so it wouldnt be in anyones way. One even made the point that the other guys had signs on their shirts.
Its not racism, its the simple matter of her being a loud obnoxious bitch. They would have evicted her even if she didnt look like Aunt Jemima.
