i can vouch for this car, it is a colt with a 4g63 in it and a huge turbo

Now that I am back and can type…

I went to Dyno at Backstreet performance. Eric and the guys there have always been great and given me the best price. I slammed it on the dyno and did 1 pull on pump gas. 20psi w/ my “safe tune” which was at 10.0-10.5 a/f netted 386whp and 361ft lbs. I didn’t have time to tune for pump, but I had lots of room, I am sure I could have gotten 400whp out of it on pump.

Anyhoo, I dump 2 gallons of Race gas into the 4 gallons of 93 that was in the tank. Turned the boost up, and it was 32+psi-clutch sliped-lean out bad..It was a mess. 3 pulls later, I got the boost dialed to 26psi, and the A/F’s a little prettier at 11.5 going to 12.5 @ 7400rpm. This netted my 441.3whp and 414.8 ft lbs torque.

Nice thing is I have 400whp from 5000rpm to redline, and over 300ft lbs from 4400rpm to redline. At 26psi, the car is completely undrivable. It spins through 4th up to 100mph and only hooks up in 5th. Let me tell you though, 5th gear at 26psi is indescribable. I will get video. Shit just does not even make sense.

An LSD and a set of BFG’s should make 3rd 4th and 5th usable again, but well see.

As for mods, it is simple.
93 Dodge colt, lightened. Car weights 2020lbs without driver and ½ tank of gas.
Turbo and Exhaust
60-1 turbo. Stage 3 exhaust wheel, .63ar turbine
Shearermotorsport.com manifold.-3.5inch aluminum exhaust (homemade)
Old school deltagate wastegate-dumped out the fender ?!?!?

IC
PressureTreatedTechnologies.com FMIC
Homemade aluminum IC plumbing-Homemade 4inch CAI

Fuel
850cc used injectors-used AFC. MAf-t with 3inch GM maf as blow through
TMO datalogger. 255lph fuel pump.

Motor-4g63 (2.0 turbo out of 1g eclipse)
Head-stock
Cams-Stock
Short Block-110,000 miles-stock

Clutch-used centerforce PP, used ACT 6 puck, used fidenza w/ new friction surface.

That’s it. Through deals, trades, and all the Homemade action, I have something near 2500$ total invested-that’s including the 50$ for the car.

Dyno chart and video to come as soon as my buddy the camera guys gets around to posting it.

Hey, I weight 150lbs

I think a set of cams, Intake Manni, and 8000rpm will really open it up. Not sure how much farther I want to push the stocker 100,000+ motor though.
