My WGA is hooked up through a solenoid. Also, 2 solenoids dont have anything hooked up to 1 of their (tits). Just a elbow. Is that normal? One last question, does anyone have a vacuum diagram so I can figure out what line does what. I work on cars, but am clueless about turbos. Just want to know how the solenoids and vacuum lines operate so I can check them. Thanks for the help!!
Here is a vacuum diagram.

Forgive me if I've screwed posting the pic up. I've got my car boosting a spike to 19psi dropping to 16 psi at red line. I've got an electronic boost controller though and an FM wastegate. Check to see if you have an adjustable wastegate on the car as they probably dialed that down to release the pressure to achieve only 15 psi.
