New guy from Grand Rapids, MI - SRT Forums

I've been reading a lot of posts the last few week and I wish I didn't have to wait until spring to get an SRT so dreaming will have to do for now. The reason for the post is that I saw my first SRT on the road in GR on Sunday at Leonard and E Beltline as I was pulling out of the gas station. A sweet black SRT was pulling in and I wondered if it was anyone around here. I've never heard one in person and the wife wouldn't turn around to let me see the car. Oh well I just hope winter goes by fast so I can trade in the old Neon for a SRT.

I am surprised you haven't seen my Yellow one. I have had in since Feb, and drive all around GR.

I actually work on Michigan and Plymouth (Siemens aka Rapistan).

Let me know if you want a ride or to see one up close.

Edit: Plus I am always driving by the Amway, and that FTC & H Place near there. Though I live a little ways south of GR.

That was probably my car. I placed the order K&M Northfield with deposit in early 03'. I kept geting to run around on when and what car. I wanted a solar car but when the finally got there vin and delivery date is turned out to be black. Living here (Ludington) black and dirt roads don't mix. So I saw that someone from here found one in Roanoke In. called them and bought it the next day. When I drove to K&M to pick up my deposit larry was not to happy but I wanted yellow and I got yellow!

I actually grew up in the big town of Reed City. You couldn't pay me enough to move back there now though, well maybe if you could get me a SRT tomorrow...

Guys,That was me and my brother.He wanted to drive his SRT-4
one more time before the winter weather gets in full swing.My
brother purchased his car from K&M Dodge in late June.(Thanks
alot to the list member who passed on this SRT-4,you made my
brother's day.)If you had waited til september K&M did get a yellow '04 SRT-4.BTW,they have two nice red SRT-4's right now.
I'm glad to see that one of our SRT-4's got someones attention
We have been driving our cars for months and I have only seen
one yellow SRT-4 on the East Beltline since I bought mine in early
june.I live right in that area,so if you guys want to meet up sometime let me know.Hope you get your SRT-4!

i've only seen a red one- he was with black neon at blodgett hospital bout a month or two ago, and seen him around I96/EBline

I'm surprised you haven't seen me in my silver SRT. I drive up and down the East Beltline all the time.I have only seen one yellow SRT and that was on the E. Beltline as I stated in an early post.
With winter weather just around the corner I don't drive the SRT
much now though.In the spring maybe all of us SRT owners can get together,I think that would be really cool.Do any of you plan on going to Mopars at the red barns in hickory corners next summer?

Yeah we should get together in the spring some time. I put the SRT away until my trip, and then I will put it back away until spring.

I'll have to plan something for this spring.

Spring time before April and I will be in for meeting up with you all. Glad to see more Michigan owners!

Around my house I have now seen all 5 possible colors.
Woodward is a hotbed of activity! LOL
