Lame. I filed a claim for the damaged tails through UPS but the seller hasn't responded, and I've sent multiple p.m.'s. I need her to finish the paperwork for the claim to go through. Oh well, I just filed a paypal claim too. No sense in dicking around. I need this shit resolved.

Something very similar happened to me when I bought a hood/front bumper/fender/headlight lids on ebay from a seller.... I just ended up writing it off cuz the jackass didn't know how to package anything. $5xx mistake.

Well, paypal can't/won't do anything for damaged goods, only goods not received I posted up in all his threads and on his regional board, in which he is quite active. Hopefully it'll get him to come out of hiding.
