thanks I saw that, I like how the one douche was like they will only pull you over if your doing assinign things.. Cool, because I was drving never went about 2500 rpm, and following shagoki on Arlington where the road was very busy.. The cop was just being a tool.

Doesn't matter if the stock exhaust doesn't have an inline muffler, he's not running the stock exhaust anyways. There's a reason he was the only one cited of the two Cow's exhaust is super freakin' loud. What good is wasting an hour or two bolting the stocker back on? He was cited for the noise it made at the time, not for the noise it may or may not make at the court house. I'm old. Trust me, you don't win these battles. It's purely your word versus his, and you simply can't beat the system that way. Losing battle.

i was pulled over in ohio in my srt when i had my greddy exhaust no resonator or anything.. recieved a ticket, fought the ticket (put stock exhaust on) and proved to them that there is nothing illegal about it... i received my money back in return and nothing ever happened of it because i was let go and apologized to by the cop..
and this is to the bolded part and not meant to be a dick...
if you think that then why don't you pay for the ticket then..
seriously bolt the stock exhaust on and fight it... i would much rather spend a couple hours putting an exhaust on to get out of a ticket than paying a fine
this also happened to me in PA and i never changed the exhaust, just got out of it because i actually fought it.

Again, it doesn't matter if he puts the stock exhaust back on. The violation already occurred, there's nothing to fight. It was loud. It being quite now doesn't do anything for his case.
